Megali Ammos is located about 2km southeast of the city of Skiathos. It is one of the most popular beaches on the island and offers a very good tourist infrastructure. Megali Ammos has shiny sand and light blue waters, umbrellas, chairs and anything else you may need during your time there.
Psili Ammos is located 4km. east of the village Patos. The beach has fine white sand and clean shallow waters. It is a well-organised beach. It is one of the most cosmopolitan beaches on the island. It is a centre of attraction especially for young people, because of the many parties that are organised there.
The beach Agia Fotia is one of the most beautiful beaches of Chios, with tiny stones and spotless waters, making it the hangout for the youth of the island for the summer months. The region enjoys intense tourist activity during the summer months.
The endless beach at Vatera is over seven kilometres long and is one of the most impressive in the Greek islands. There is a section that is semi-developed with an hotel or two and some cafes but it is quite easy to find solitude here, no matter when you go.
Riha nearby is the most popular beach of Myrinas. People of all ages come to this beach. For those who want to relax or enjoy water sports. Riha Waters offers a variety of sports but also two beach bars for those who prefer to relax over a coffee or ouzo overlooking the water.
