Terra D'Oro Villas Halkidiki

The city tax from April 1st to October 31st: EUR 8.00 per night, per villa. From November 1st to March 31st: EUR 2.00 per night, per villa.

Pet Policy

It is a pleasure to welcome you and your pet at Terra d’Oro Villas. For all guests’ safety and

comfort, you are kindly requested to follow some simple rules during your stay with your pet:

•  Please make sure to never leave your pet alone in the property (indoors and outdoors). If we receive complains from other guests, we are obligated by the law to ask you to remove your pet from the property.


• Keep your pet always on a leash.


• Any impurities caused by the pet should be collected and cleaned on spot.


•  The cleaning fee is 30€ per pet for the total duration of your stay.


• Villas can accommodate up to 2 pets at the same time (max 35 kilos in total).


• No charge will apply to service dogs (certificate required).


• In case of emergency, tenants must provide a contact phone number to the Front Desk.


• Tenants have a legal duty to cover the cost of any damage caused by their pets.


• Only non-aggressive pets are allowed.


• A scanned copy of your pet’s original health certificate issued and signed by a licensed veterinarian who examines your pet within 10 days of travel is required.


• These rules are in effect to ensure that you, your pet and all guests will enjoy their stay at Terra d’Oro Villas.
