Check-in methods

You can check-in after 3 pm with a code using the door’s keypad or through the NUKI App for smartphones (both the code and easy detailed instructions for the app will be sent to you a few days before your arrival and will be unique for your stay). You will also find physical keys inside the house.

My co-host will be available (after arrangement) during your stay to assist in person.

 

House Rules

• Parties/events are not allowed.
  
   


• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
  
   


• To oblige with Greek law, all guests will need to provide us with their passport/ID details, a few days before their arrival. Reservations can only be made by persons over 18 years of age. At least one staying guest must be over 18 years of age.
  
   


• If the reservation is for 4 or fewer guests*, there will be no access to Apartment 2. No other guest will stay there, the accommodation will be exclusively for you, however, Apartment 2 will be closed. In order to have access to Apartment 2, the reservation must be made for 5 or more guests.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the house or the smoke detector will be activated and the alarm will go off. If you want to smoke, please use the balcony or the courtyard.
  
   


• The use of the pool and jacuzzi must be done with due care, observing the safety rules and taking into account the slipperiness of the floor due to water. It is recommended not to consume food/alcohol 3 hours before swimming.
  
   


• The use of the pool and jacuzzi by minors should always be done under the supervision of an adult, who will be responsible for their safety.
  
   


• Pool maintenance requires the presence of our specialized partner every about 3 days, who will need to be in the pool area for a maximum of 15-30 minutes.
  
   


• During warm weather, wasps may be present in the pool area. This is a common occurrence in the countryside, and we cannot control it or take responsibility for it.
  
   


• In Crete, it is not uncommon for electricity and water outages (typically lasting from one to several hours) to occur during the summer months as a result of elevated demand. Please be advised that we do not have control over these occurrences, nor can we be held accountable for them.
  
   


• We assume no responsibility for any unforeseen failure that may occur to the equipment or facilities within the premises. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to facilitate repairs at the earliest opportunity, provided that such failure is not caused by misuse.
  
   


• Upon your arrival, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and the beds will be made. We do not offer a pre-scheduled interim cleaning service, as we value your privacy and desire for relaxation. However, should you wish to arrange for a cleaning during your stay, please notify us at least ten days prior to your arrival. Payment for this service must be made in cash on-site. Regardless, the house is equipped with essential supplies for basic cleaning tasks.

• Please make sure you have switched off the air-conditions and kitchen before you leave the house.
  
   


• Please do not use towels for de-makeup. Products for this purpose will be available in the house.
  
   


• Please use the waste bin to dispose of toilet paper.
  
   


• Please respect the house as if it were yours. It means a lot to us. Thank you deeply.
