The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 31 Oct 2023 until Sat 27 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 1st April to 1st October. Please note that the swimming pool cannot be used from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. Guests are kindly required to respect the quiet hours from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:59 to 09:00. Topless and nudism are not allowed. No parties are allowed at the property.
