Security Deposit when needed is collected via one sole bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the arrival day, or if supported, via credit card before or upon check-in and it is refunded to the same credit card or bank account within 5 working days after the check-out.


 


Upon check-in the client should present the credit card which was used for the booking confirmation along with the passport or ID of the card holder.

According to the law 5073/2023, the total amount of the booking doesn’t include the Climate Resilience Tax which is paid directly to the villa.


 


Climate Resilience Tax details:


Effective Date: The tax applies to all bookings with check-in date from January 1, 2025.


From November to March (low season): amounts from 2 euros up to 4 euros per villa per night.


From April to October (high season): amounts from 8 euros up to 15 euros per villa per night.
