Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund, this will be issued back to the same credit card provided when completing your reservation. In case the provided card is no longer valid, you will be obliged to contact us  with your bank details in order to proceed with the necessary actions.

Security Deposit

Security deposit of 500 € will be charged on arrival day to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the villa. The security deposit will be returned to the client on leaving the villa, provided there are no damages, missing items, no additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty and no other outstanding charges. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to four weeks may be caused.

Occupancy

Only persons registered on arrival day may occupy the villa. Should there be a transgression, the management will withdraw the permit of stay and the guests will be compelled to leave the premises without being entitled to any refund.

Check-in

Check in at 16.00. You should inform the management on the timing of your arrival by air or by sea, so that our caretaker may receive you and welcome you into the Villa. In case of delays you are requested to promptly inform our office. Our caretaker will introduce you to the premises and you may verify with him the conditions of the Villa upon arrival.

Check out

 You are requested to leave the Villa by 10:00 A.M

Cleaning

We will clean and change towels and linen twice a week

Keys

Instructions for key collection  will be given upon arrival.

Responsibilities

 It is not allowed to change the setting or decoration of the houses (including furniture placement) without the prior consent of the owner. Inside furnishings stay inside and outside furnishings outside! Rearranging the houses can lead to cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the whole stay and damage deposit amount.

Accidents

 The management will not be in any way responsible for any possible accident, under whatsoever circumstance, which may occur to the any of the guests during their stay at the Villa.

Children are welcome

 The typical local architecture as well as the fact that the villa is located directly on the cliff above the beach may constitute a threat to their safety. The total responsibility for children’s care and safety is entrusted to parents or guardians. Moreover, children must be singled out at the moment of reservation stating their age in the form.

Animals are not welcome.

Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Pool Rules & Usage

• Swimming is at your own risk.

• The pool may be used by adults as there is no lifeguard on duty.

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool constantly.

• No running around the pool, please walk.

• No diving. Pool depth is between 70cm and 150cm

• No pushing or throwing people into the pool.

• No glass or food within 10 feet of the pool.

• In all cases parents are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children and guests.

• Users are not permitted to swim repeated lengths of the pool underwater or to swim along the bottom of the pool.

• Everyone must shower before entering the pool.

• Animals are not allowed to use the pool.
