Cancellation Policy for Standard Rates

If the Guest cancels the reservation 14 days or more before the arrival date, Anita Holiday Homes will not charge any cancellation fees. In this case, the security deposit will be fully refunded. The Owner of the property reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason within 48 hours of the booking being received. In such cases, the Guest will be promptly informed, and a full refund of any payments made will be issued. The Owner shall not be held responsible for any additional costs, losses, or inconvenience caused by such cancellation. If the Guest cancels the reservation less than 14 days before arrival and cancellation fees apply, Anita Holiday Homes does not bear responsibility for any financial loss. It is the Guest’s responsibility to claim any refundable amounts through their travel insurance provider, where applicable.

Cancellation Policy for Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made under Non-Refundable Rates cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded for any reason. Once the reservation is confirmed and payment is made, the total amount is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation, no-show, or unexpected changes in travel plans. Guests who choose a Non-Refundable Rate accept that no refund will be given under any circumstances. We recommend that Guests arrange suitable travel insurance in case of unforeseen events.
