Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. No slippers and flip flops are allowed. “Moonlight” a la Carte Restaurant, “Italian” Theme Restaurant & “Burger” Theme Restaurant Our guests are entitled a complimentary dinner in each of our Theme Restaurants and the À la Carte the following plan: • from 5 to 11 nights, 1 dinner is free of charge. • from 12 to 16 nights, 2 dinners are free of charge. • from 17 to 23 nights, 3 dinners are free of charge. 1. The complimentary dinner in our À la carte restaurants does not apply for any kind of events (such as weddings, conferences, etc.) as well as group bookings with more than 14 pax where service charge applies. 2. For visiting one of our themed restaurants or the À la carte, a table reservation is required three days in advance. BBQ Coral Restaurant Dinner at our BBQ Restaurant is not included in the all-inclusive package and it is offered at an extra cost. Buffet service. Kindly note that the use of the spa center and the fitness room is not allowed to guests under 16 years old. Please note that for free cancellation bookings, the property reserves the right to pre-authorize 50% of the total amount.
