Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 17:00.
In case of a late arrival after 5:00 PM the guest must notify the hotel in advance and the hotel will sent information and instructions how to enter the room on his own. If the hotel stuff has to assist the guest on late check in, there will be an extra charge of EUR 30.00 from 5.00 PM to 9:00 PM, and EUR 50.00 from 9:00 to 9:00 (the following day).
