Security Deposit

House Rules

• The property may only be occupied by the maximum number of guests stated in the booking.


• No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval from the owner.


• Guests are responsible for keeping the property, furnishings, and equipment in good condition.


• Any damage, loss, or misuse will be deducted from the security deposit.


• Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with local regulations.


• Smoking is not permitted indoors unless explicitly stated otherwise.


• Pets are only allowed with prior approval, where applicable.

Failure to comply with house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
