Rental Policy Agreement

By confirming this booking, you agree to the following policies, terms and conditions:

Use of house

The property is for the sole private use of the group that is residing in it, in adherance to the maximum capacity and declared number of guests at point of booking. Within reason, outside guests can be invited (e.g. for dinner), but larger parties, gatherings and events of all kinds are expressly forbidden unless clearly discussed in advance with and agreed by Sanctuary Bay (additional fees may apply).

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount is due at time of booking to confirm the booking (credit card will be charged) and is non-refundable.

The remaining amount is to be paid 90 days before arrival (credit card will be charged).

Total amount is due at time of booking if check-in date is within 90 days of time of booking (credit card will be charged).

Should the remaining 80% of due payment not be received latest by 70 days before arrival due to multiple failed attempted credit card charges, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with loss of 20% downpayment and open the dates up for new bookings.

Cancellation Policy

80% of total amount refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after (remaining balance will be charged to your credit card).
