Damage Policy:

By booking, the guest agrees to the conditions below.

*Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room or communal areas during their stay.

The maximum liability for damages is capped at €200, in accordance with our property’s policy. Each case of damage is assessed individually, and if the actual cost exceeds this amount, an additional charge may apply.

Important – Climate Resilience Fee ( 8.00 or 2,00 euros per room per night) due by the guests. The Climate Resilience Fee is a mandatory tax for your stay in Greece.To make payment easy and avoid surprises, due to the fact that our property is reception-free, we ask for an advance payment equal to the estimated fee before your arrival. This advance payment will be charged from the card that you use for accommodation payments. Important: The tax is officially due at the end of your stay . The official receipt will be issued on your checkout day, based on the actual nights you stayed. If your stay changes, we will adjust the fee accordingly at check-out. The deposit guarantee for the Climate Resilience Fee will be refunded in case of cancellation or no show. 

Note : We kindly inform you that the accommodation may cancel reservations that are not prepaid according to the payment policy applicable at the time of booking.

Note:If the guest cancels his reservation before the free-cancellation period ends, the deposit will be refunded to the same card used to make the reservation.
