Cancellation of a Reservation based on the Standard Rate

If cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival no fees apply, and the guest receives a full refund.

For cancellations within 21 days prior arrival, all payments regarding the reservation will be considered a cancellation fee, and the guest will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation of a Non-Refundable Reservation

If a Non-Refundable Reservation is cancelled at any time, all payments regarding the reservation will be considered a cancellation fee, and the guest will not be eligible for a refund. Any remaining balance will be charged on the card provided.

No-Show

In case of no-show, all payments regarding the reservation will be considered a cancellation fee, and the guest will not be eligible for a refund.

Minors

Children are more than welcome to stay at the property but at least one parent or guardian has to be staying as well. Baby Cot is provided free of charge.

Even though Hosting Moments, as also its cooperating hosts, and external partners are committed to the guests' best interest and experience, they take no responsibility for minors travelling alone.

In the event of the absence of parents or guardians, in order to proceed with the accommodation the following rules have to be followed;

children must be at least 16 years old

communication with parents or guardians is required

strong proof of relationship, declaration, and a soft copy of identification document of the parent or guardian approved by local authorities are required to be sent through email to the property,

a security deposit of 1.000,00€ is required, and will be refunded in case of no damage after check out

all guests phone numbers will have to be shared with the host

In case of no proof of relationship, and/or allowance, and/or damage deposit payment, any reservation with minors will be treated as a no-show, and the booker will not be eligible for a refund.

If the damage deposit is paid but no proof of relationship, or/and allowance are provided, it will be refunded and the reservation will be treated as cancelled, according to the relevant payment & cancellation policy.

Damages

The accommodations are inspected carefully after every checkout. If a damage occurs and the guests' do not mention it, Hosting Moments LP reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at check in.

Lost or Forgotten Items

We do suggest our guests to double check before their departure. In the event of a lost/forgotten item, kindly let our host know as soon as possible. Lost&Found remain in our possession for up to one month after checkout.

External Partnerships

Hosting Moments LP collaborates with external partners in order to offer high quality services to its guests. In the event of a misunderstanding, or bad experience, kindly let our host know in order for further actions to be taken. Please keep in mind that no external partner is or was an employee of Hosting Moments LP.

Outdoor Security Cameras

Security Cameras are installed at all properties' entrances for the protection of both the company's interests and guests, and do not monitor any indoor space, thus respecting the privacy of our guests. Obstructing the camera is strictly prohibited and may incur relevant fines.
