- Check-in & Check-out: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, and check-in is available from 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards. This allows sufficient time for the thorough cleaning and sanitation of the property.
- Unregistered Guests & Events: Unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises at any time. Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly forbidden.
- Commercial Use & Media: The property is intended solely for residential stays. Commercial photography, filming of any kind, and the reproduction or publication of images of the property on social media or any other mass media platform is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
- Usage of Appliances: All appliances and equipment must be used only for their designated purpose.
- Property & Furnishings: Furnishings are subject to change without notice. Furniture, bedding, linens, towels, and kitchenware must not be removed from the property or relocated. Any loss, unauthorized relocation, or damage to the property or its furnishings—beyond normal wear and tear—will be charged to the guest.
- Promotional Imagery: Please note that any food or beverage items shown in photographs are for presentation purposes only and are not included in the rental.
- Linens & Towels: Bed linens and towels are provided for use within the property. Certain properties may provide pool/beach towels; however, all linens remain the property of the company and must not be removed from the premises.
- Complimentary Supplies: A starter set of disposable supplies (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) is provided upon arrival.
- Quiet Hours: Guests must respect the designated quiet hours and avoid excessive noise that may disturb the neighborhood. Quiet hours are observed between 15:00 – 17:00 and 22:00 – 08:00.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor spaces (balconies/terraces).
- Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. This service can be arranged upon request for an additional charge.
