Pool Policy

The use of the swimming pool is subject to the following terms, which form an integral part of the booking conditions. By entering the pool area, the Guest unconditionally accepts the following:

Opening Hours: The swimming pool is available exclusively during the hours 09:00–15:00 and 18:00–22:00 (Summer) and from 10:00 to 18:00 (Winter).

Mandatory Shower: Guests must take a shower before entering the pool, without the use of shampoo.

Prohibition of Sunscreens & Oils: The use of sunscreens, oils, or any lubricants on the body is prohibited, as they alter the water quality.

Consumption of Substances: The consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or medication before or during swimming is strictly prohibited, as it may cause loss of consciousness and risk of drowning.

Electrical Appliances: The use or placement of electrical devices near the pool is strictly prohibited.

Supervision of Minors: Minors must not remain in the pool area without constant supervision by an adult, who must avoid distractions (e.g., use of mobile phone, reading).

Safety Aids for Children: Children who cannot swim must wear a swimming aid or life jacket at all times.

Safe Arrangement of the Area: Furniture or objects must not be placed near the pool edge to prevent children from climbing and falling into the water.

Removal of Floating Objects: After use, all floating items (toys, inflatables, etc.) must be removed from the water.

Health Condition: Access to the pool is prohibited for individuals with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, contagious diseases, extensive abrasions, or open wounds.

Time After Meals: Swimming is prohibited for individuals who have eaten within the last three (3) hours or have consumed alcohol.

Materials and Equipment: Glass objects are prohibited in the pool area.

Clothing: Entry to the pool with shoes or non-swimming apparel is prohibited.

Hygiene: Urination in the pool is strictly prohibited.

Animals: Animals or pets are not allowed in the pool.

Management reserves the right to restrict access to, or remove individuals from, the pool area in case of any breach of the above terms, without any obligation to refund or provide compensation.

Pet Policy

Pets are NOT allowed in all accommodation in the building ACHINOS (King Room, Superior King Room, Superior King Suite, Deluxe King Suite, Swi Up King Suite, Swim Up Family Suite)
