1) Standard Rate – Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit of the total amount is required after completing the reservation.


• Bank account details will be provided in the confirmation email.


• The deposit must be paid within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.


• A photo or scan of the bank payment receipt must be sent via email as proof of payment.


• If the payment or proof of payment is not received within 48 hours, the accommodation has the right to cancel the reservation without notice.


• The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival, or via bank transfer at least 7 days before arrival (advance notice and proof of payment are required).

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.


• If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, no fees apply and the deposit will be refunded within 14 days.


• If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival:


• The deposit is non-refundable.


• Any modifications (number of guests, nights, etc.) may incur additional charges and must be confirmed by the accommodation.


• In case of early departure or no-show:


• The deposit is non-refundable, and the accommodation may charge up to 50% of the unused nights, in accordance with Greek and EU regulations.

2) Non-Refundable Prepayment Rate

• 100% prepayment of the total amount is required upon booking.


• Bank details will be provided in the confirmation email.


• Payment must be completed within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed.


• A bank payment receipt must be sent via email to confirm the payment.


• If payment or proof of payment is not received within the 48-hour period, the accommodation may cancel the reservation without notice.

Cancellation Policy

• No free cancellation is available.


• All payments are non-refundable.
