1.2. By making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.


2. Booking Confirmation


2.1. All bookings are subject to availability.


2.2. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us via email or other communication means.


3. Payment


3.1. A payment in advance is required at the time of the booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed.


3.2. Payments can be completed by card.


3.3. Failure to pay the amount agreed may result in the cancellation of your booking.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy


4.1. The free cancellation period and eligibility for a full refund are determined by the specific terms of each individual booking.


4.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made outside the applicable free cancellation period, as defined in the booking terms.


4.3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation and are subject to any bank fees that may be charged for the transfers of the amount.


5. Changes to Bookings


5.1. Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.


6. Check-in and Check-out


6.1. Please respect the arrival and departure times stated in the email.


6.3. Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.


7. Responsibilities


7.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.


7.2. You must comply with all rules and regulations of the booked service or property.


8. Liability


8.1. Property and its representatives are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your booking or use of the services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9.1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Regulatory.


10. Governing Law


10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Greek government.
