GENERAL RULES

Only the number of guests listed in your booking are allowed to stay.

Please be quiet between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Parties and loud noise are not allowed at any time.

Please be respectful to neighbors and families living nearby.

No parties or gatherings without our permission.

CHILDREN

Children are not allowed, only adults at least 18 years old.

CHECK-IN TIME

Check-in is from 4:00 PM (16:00) to 11:00 PM (23:00).

Early check-in might be possible—please ask in advance. We will try our best but cannot promise.

CHECK-OUT TIME & INSTRUCTIONS

Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM.

Late check-out may be possible upon request, if available, and may cost extra.

Before leaving, please:

Turn off all lights, appliances, and air conditioners.

Put furniture back where it was.

Wash the dishes.

Take kitchen garbage outside to the dumpsters.

Leave used towels in the bathroom laundry baskets.

Lock all windows and doors.

Call us so we can come and collect the key.

DAMAGE & DEPOSIT

If something breaks, please tell us right away.

A damage deposit between €1000 and €2000 may be required.

Guests are responsible for any damage.

This is a self-catering villa —you clean, cook, and take care of everything yourself.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment.

TOILETS

Do not throw paper, nappies, or anything else in the toilet. Please use the bin.
