Frequently Asked Questions

As soon as your booking is completed, your reservation is confirmed instantly. You will see your reservation number in the confirmation page and will also receive a detailed copy by email within minutes. The email includes your reservation number, booking details, payment information, and all relevant terms and conditions, giving you complete peace of mind before your trip.
Within minutes of completing your hotel booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation number, accommodation details, stay dates, selected services, payment information (if applicable), and the booking terms and conditions. The email will also include all the contact information you may need should you wish to modify your reservation or have any questions about your booking. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us at contact@greekhotels.gr and our team will promptly resend it to you or to an alternative email address of your choice.
Your reservation number is displayed on the booking confirmation page immediately after your booking is completed. It is also included in the confirmation email sent to the email address you provided during the booking process. We recommend keeping a copy of your confirmation email, as it contains your reservation number and all the important details related to your stay. If you cannot locate your confirmation email or have misplaced your reservation details, please contact our support team at contact@greekhotels.gr. We will be happy to help you retrieve your booking information and resend your confirmation.
Yes. You can make a booking on behalf of another person. During the booking process, simply enter the details of the guest who will be staying at the hotel. To avoid any issues at check-in, please ensure that the guest's name is entered correctly and matches the identification document they will present upon arrival. Once the booking is confirmed, the reservation details and confirmation email can be shared with the guest. If you need any assistance making a booking for someone else, our support team will be happy to help.
At the moment, GreekHotels.gr supports booking one room per reservation. If you need multiple rooms, simply complete a separate booking for each room. We are working to make multi-room bookings available in a future update. If you require multiple rooms or have a complicated request, feel free to contact us at contact@greekhotels.gr
If you expect to arrive later than planned, we recommend informing the hotel directly as soon as possible. The hotel's contact details are included in your booking confirmation email, making it easy to notify them of your updated arrival time. Most hotels are accustomed to late arrivals, but notifying the property in advance helps ensure a smooth check-in experience, especially if you expect to arrive outside normal reception hours.
