Cancellation Fees.

If the Lessor must cancel all or part of a booking due to his fault or negligence, the Lesssor will refund all money paid from the Lessee, for the booking period cancelled. Irrespective of fault or negligence, in connection with a cancelled or altered tenancy, the Lessor will not be liable for any costs, losses or inconvenience to the Client, and all payments from the Lessor to the Lessee are strictly limited to the amount of money received by the Lessor from the Lessee.

In case of cancellation/termination by the Lessee/Client, a cancellation fee is imposed. The cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the amount paid by the Lesee/Client at the time of cancellation. As a result, any cancellation before the full “Rent” has been paid, the cancellation fee will be equivalent to the deposit up to that time, while in case of cancellation after the full “Rent” has been paid, 100% of the “Rent” will be charged.

No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay. All deposits are final, and no refunds or partial refunds are offered in any case.

Security Deposit.

The Client will deposit to the Host, the amount of 1.950 euros as security for any damage caused to the Premises during the rental term. The Security Deposit has to be paid prior to arrival (at least 30 days) by wire transfer to the bank account of the Host. Within 5 days of the termination of the rental (and the Client vacating the Premises), the Host will refund to the Client the entirety of the security deposit funds, provided that the Premises (and all the equipment and furniture) have not incurred wear and tear beyond the ordinary, and/or the has not suffered any other loss.

In case the Client violates any of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement the Host has the right to keep the deposit as a penalty. The Client shall be also liable for any and/all loss or damage caused to the Host.
