Mykonos Best

Rates are valid at the time of Reservation.

Rates are revised periodically.

A security damage deposit up to 2.000 €/$/£ (for villas) and up to 400 €/$/£ (for apartments) may be required upon arrival.

At the time of the booking, the client accepts that the deposit will be charged upon the confimation of the reservation and that the remaining balance, if any, will be charged according to the days and percentages mentioned in the cancellation policy of the particular rates the client has booked.

In the event of an early departure or non- show, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

By making this booking, I declare that I do accept all the above terms and conditions as they have been phrased.

Kids policy: Kids below 2 years old are considered infants and stay for free. Any guest 2-12 is considered as a child. For guests over 12 years old, adult charges apply.

Mykonosbest does not take any responsibility for any accidents during a stay.

Damages

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Villa interior-outdoor areas and/or to

any furnishings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the guest, his/her invitees,

subcontractors or guests. Mykonos Best reserves the right and you hereby authorize us to be

reimbursed for any damages incurred to the villa during your stay (including without limitation

specialist cleaning), or/and for any items missing. In cases there are no damages or losses at the

time of checkout, the deposit amount (guarantee) will be fully refundable to the guest.

Valuables

Mykonos Best cannot be held responsible for items lost or misplaced in the property. In house

safe boxes are provided and recommended for guest use. Also several of our houses provide you

with alarm systems, that can be used upon guest’s convenience. No responsibility is accepted for

any loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure. In case lost items are

found, the owner will post them back to the desired address at his convenience and at the guest’s

expenses.

Safety

Mykonos Best will not be liable for any loss or injuries resulting from use of the villa, pool, or any

part of the property howsoever caused. All guests must follow the rules and notices of safety

matters, use common sense and parents must supervise their children at all times.

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times during their stay and

respect the property and neighborhood.

Mykonos Best reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and

members of your party from the property if, according to Greek laws, we consider any of the

above provisions to have been breached. In that case, Mykonos Best shall have no obligation to

refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
