- Rates include all taxes and fees on a self-catered basis. Daily Housekeeping and new Linen & Towels every four days included. Minimum rental low season: five nights. Minimum rental mid-high season: seven nights.

- A non-refundable Advance Payment of 30% of the gross rate is due at the time of the booking.
- A non-refundable Balance Payment of the remaining 70% of the gross rate is due no later than 60 days prior to the client’s arrival.
- A Security Deposit of €3,000 will be taken at the same time as the balance payment is made. The security deposit will be returned in full to the client within ten business days of departure, assuming there is no damage to the property or its content.
- In case of cancellation less than 60 days prior to the client’s arrival there will be no refund on the Advance Payment or Balance Payment. The security deposit will be refunded in full.
- Available to groups of 10 to max 14 ppl.
