In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests. Please note that the credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner (photocopies or photographs of the card are not accepted). In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. Please note that the property does not have a reception. Please inform Windmill Villa at least 24 hours in advance of your expected arrival time, so that the manager will meet you at the villa. In case of last minute notification it can take up to an hour for the villa manager to arrive at the property. Please note that luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is not provided. Please note that electronic credit cards (e-cards, virtual cards) are not accepted.
