A security deposit of 1.000 € will be requested upon booking confirmation (via bank transfer), to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of rental.

Alternatively, the security deposit can be given in cash to the villa manager at the check-in time, and will be returned to the guests at the check-out, if no damages have occurred at the property.
