 Damage Policy:

 By booking, the guest agrees to the conditions below.

*Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room or communal areas during their stay.

*The maximum liability for damages is capped at €200, in accordance with our property’s policy.Each case of damage is assessed individually, and if the actual cost exceeds this amount, an additional charge may apply.

Important – Climate Resilience Fee ( 2,00 or 0,50 euros per room per night) due from the guests. The Climate Resilience Fee is a mandatory tax for your stay in Greece.To make payment easy and avoid surprises, due to the fact that our property is reception-free, we ask for an advance payment equal to the estimated fee before your arrival. This advance payment will be charged from the card that you use for accommodation payments. Important: The tax is officially due at the end of your stay. The official receipt will be issued on your checkout day, based on the actual nights you stayed. If your stay changes, we will adjust the fee accordingly at check-out. The deposit guarantee for the Climate Resilience Fee will be refunded in case of cancellation or no show.



Note: We kindly inform you that accommodations may cancel reservations that are not prepaid, in accordance with the payment policy applicable at the time of booking.

Note:If the guest cancels his reservation before the free-cancellation period ends, the deposit will be refunded to the same card used to make the reservation.
