If guests want to book a room from now until August 31, 2020 for trips between June 28, 2020 and December 31, 2020, but cannot travel due to current travel restrictions, reservations can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty for any period until April 30, 2021. Reservations may be changed once.
For any further cancellation, a 100% penalty applies.

Cancellation policy:

—In the low season: 06/01 - 21/03 and 01/11 - 12/21/2018
Free cancellation 7 days before arrival
Penalty 100% in case of cancellation of reservation for 6 days or less, no-show, early check-out

—In the middle season: 01 - 05/01, 22/03 - 18/04, 06/10 - 16/11 and 20 - 31/12
Free cancellation 14 days before arrival
Penalty 100% in case of cancellation of reservation for 13 days or less, no-show, early check-out

—In the high season 19/04 - 05/10:
Free cancellation 21 days before arrival
Penalty 100% in case of cancellation of reservation in 20 days or less, no-show, early check-out

Payment Rules:
The deposit is 25% of the total cost of the reservation when booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the cancellation policy.
The deposit is refunded in case of cancellation as part of the cancellation policy.
Full payment is due upon arrival. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card.
All credit cards are accepted at the hotel.
