In many cases, yes. Whether a booking can be modified depends on the hotel's policies, room availability, and the conditions of the rate you selected at the time of booking.

Common changes such as travel dates, guest names, room type, or special requests may be possible, subject to availability and the hotel's terms and conditions.

If you would like to modify your booking, please contact our support team at contact@greekhotels.gr or contact the hotel directly using the details provided in your confirmation email. We will be happy to assist you and help arrange any changes whenever possible.

Please note that some rates, promotional offers, and non-refundable bookings may not be eligible for modification. Any additional costs resulting from a booking change, such as rate differences or hotel fees, will be communicated to you before any modification is confirmed.
If your booking is eligible for cancellation, you can cancel it quickly and easily using the cancellation link included in your booking confirmation email.

Once the cancellation request has been completed, you will receive confirmation that your booking has been cancelled. Any applicable refund will be processed according to the cancellation policy of your reservation.

The cancellation terms that apply to your booking are clearly displayed during the booking process and are also included in your confirmation email. We recommend reviewing these terms before requesting a cancellation.

Some bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to a specified date (free cancellation deadline), while others may be subject to cancellation fees (partial refund) or may be non-refundable. The exact cancellation terms applicable to your reservation are clearly displayed during the booking process before you complete your booking.

For your convenience, the cancellation policy is also included in your booking confirmation email, allowing you to review the applicable conditions at any time.

If you cancel your booking after the free cancellation deadline has passed, cancellation charges will apply according to the hotel's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.

Some hotels may offer a partial refund after the free cancellation period has expired, while others may not provide any refund. If a partial refund is available, the amount will be calculated according to the hotel's cancellation policy. If no partial refund is specified in the hotel's cancellation policy, no refund will be due.

The hotel's cancellation policy and any applicable refund conditions are clearly displayed during the booking process before you complete your reservation and are also included in your booking confirmation email for future reference.

The name of the lead guest can be entered during the booking process and will appear on the reservation confirmation. Additional guest names can also be added, although this is optional for most bookings.

Additional guest names may be useful for visa applications, travel documentation, or when specifically requested by the hotel.

If you need to add or modify guest names after your booking has been confirmed, please contact our support team at contact@greekhotels.gr. Requests are subject to the hotel's policies and approval.

To avoid any issues at check-in, we recommend ensuring that the lead guest's name matches the identification document that will be presented upon arrival.

In many cases, yes. Room upgrades may be available depending on the hotel's policies and room availability.

If you are interested in upgrading your room, please contact our support team at contact@greekhotels.gr. We will be happy to contact the hotel on your behalf and enquire about available upgrade options.

Please note that room upgrades are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. An upgraded room category may also involve an additional charge, depending on the hotel's policies and the room selected.

Any applicable costs and conditions will be communicated to you before the upgrade is confirmed.
